- Profile information: any optional details you add to your profile (e.g. fitness goals).
- Workout & activity data: workouts assigned to or logged by you, exercise history, and class attendance.
- Check-in data: timestamps and records when you check in to the gym via QR code scan.
- Device & push notification tokens: used to send you workout reminders, class updates, and gym announcements via OneSignal.
- Camera access: used solely to scan QR codes for check-in. We do not store images or video.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Gym Garage service.
- To manage your workout plans and class schedule.
- To send push notifications about your account activity and gym updates.
- To allow gym administrators to manage members and attendance.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

- Hosting & infrastructure providers: to run our servers and store data securely.
- Your gym administrator: gym staff can see your profile, attendance, and assigned workouts.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure HTTPS connections. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
